Sector repositioning, narrative clarity and multi-format storytelling
Purpose Comms led a full communications and identity review for BAC and The Gateway Trust, including: brand clarity, audience segmentation, messaging, tone of voice, channel strategy and an operational comms roadmap. We also delivered video storytelling capturing lived experience and organisational impact. The strategy now guides the organisation’s next phase of growth, helping unify messaging across clinical services, community programmes and charity activity, strengthening engagement with stakeholders and supporting leadership visibility. The work has already contributed to increased clarity in external comms and improved internal alignment.
